Refund policy

This return and refund policy is only applicable for only Canada. We have a 3 days return policy which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Keep in mind that your item must be new and in the same condition as the original packaging in which you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

PROCEDURE OF RETURN:

  • Email us at info@vintageperfume.ca with the reason of return.(wrong / defective item, ...)
  • Indicate item you wish to return.
  • Your order number
  • A photo or video of products
  • Obtain a return of the product at our expense 
  • Print and complete the return form.

CONDITION FOR APPLICABLE THE RETURN:

  • Item must be within the original packaging and unopened condition.
  • Receipt or proof of purchasing.
  • Items must be have to sent within 3 days of purchasing.
  • We allow return only for damaged by carrier or defective products.

 

CANCELLATION;


Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 30 minutes of placing the order. After 30 minutes, the order is locked for processing and not possible canceled. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS:
If you received an damaged or incorrect product, please take a clear photo and send them to our customer support at: info@vintageperfume.ca. After verification of the support and confirmation of the case, you have two options: we will send you a new product or give you a 100% refund.

REFUNDS

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. You will then receive an email notifying you of the refund.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:

No charge when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective. But, when any customer mistakenly buys any product on another brand. That time customers will responsible for the actual cost of shipping(  for the said item.
